1. Who we are
Taylor Athletic Wear (Taylor Athletic Wear, Inc., “we,” “us”) is a custom apparel printer in Wetumpka, Alabama. This policy explains what personal information we collect through taylorathleticwear.com, our design builder, team shops, and in-person orders, and how we use and protect it.
We do not sell your personal information.
This policy works together with our User Agreement.
2. Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to make and deliver your order, run team shops, and answer your questions.
3. How we use and share it
How we use it. To process, print, ship, and support your order; send order updates and proofs; run team shops and pay fundraiser proceeds; prevent fraud; keep business and tax records; and improve our website. If you opt in, we also send promotional emails.
Who we share it with. Only the people and services that help us fill your order or run our business:

Other times we may share it. When required by law or a valid legal request; to protect our rights, customers, or others from fraud or harm; or if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy would still apply to your information.
4. Cookies, analytics, and email
Cookies. Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, save designs in progress, and remember your choices. These are needed for the site to work.
Analytics and ads. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We use the Facebook/Meta to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then stop working.
Email. We send emails about your order, such as receipts, proofs, and shipping updates. Promotional emails are sent only if you sign up, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop order emails.
5. Children, storage, and security
Children and students. Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases for students, including team shop orders, should be made by a parent, guardian, coach, or school staff member. A student’s name or jersey number may appear on an order when an adult adds it for printing; we use it only to make and deliver that order. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting. Uploaded artwork and designs are kept for 3 years so you can reorder, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security. Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payments are handled by our payment processors, not stored on our server. Only staff who need order information can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
6. Your choices and how to reach us
Your choices. You can view and update your details in your account at any time. You can also email us to:
- get a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it, except records we must keep by law or for an open order; or
- stop marketing emails.
We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights under their state’s laws; we will honor those rights as required.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version. If we make a major change, we will post a notice on the site or email you.
