Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Taylor Athletic Wear, Inc. wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse our products, design custom apparel, and place an order. We are working to make taylorathleticwear.com easier to use for all of our customers.

2. The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used guidelines for making websites usable by people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have limited movement or cognitive disabilities.

Ways we work toward this goal:

adding descriptive text to product photos and other images;
keeping text readable, with strong contrast between text and background;
making menus, forms, and checkout usable with a keyboard; and
reviewing new pages and products with these guidelines in mind.

Accessibility is ongoing work, and we update the site as we find and fix problems.

3. Known limitations

Online design builder. Our design builder is provided by an outside company, PitchPrint. It relies on dragging, resizing, and placing items on a picture of the shirt, which can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.

Older content. Some older images or pages may not yet have full descriptions. We are updating them over time.

Customer artwork. Designs and images uploaded by customers are not created by us and may not include text descriptions.

4. Other ways to order

If any part of our site is hard for you to use, we will help you order another way, at the same prices shown online:

Call us at (334) 567-4700 and we will take your order over the phone.
Email us at taylorathleticwear@gmail.com with your design idea, sizes, and colors. Our in-house design team can build the design for you and send a proof.

5. Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of our site, please let us know. It helps if you include:

the web address of the page or the product you were trying to use;
what you were trying to do and what went wrong; and
the device, browser, and any assistive technology you use (for example, a screen reader).
