1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Production time
Every order is printed for you, so production comes before shipping. Most orders are produced within 10–14 business days after payment and proof approval. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Rush service. Rush production may be available for an extra fee. Please call (334) 567-4700 or email taylorathleticwear@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm your date.
Deadlines. If you need your order by a specific date, tell us before ordering. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we confirm your date in writing.
3. Shipping costs
Design-your-own shirts. Shipping is included in the price. Your cart shows $0 shipping when it contains only these shirts.
Other products. A flat rate of $10 per order applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Local pickup. Free. See Section 5.
Large orders. Orders above our online limits require a custom quote, which includes shipping.
4. Delivery
Carriers. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking. When your order ships, we email you tracking information.
Transit time. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit delays.
Your address. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you pay the cost to ship it again.
Damaged or missing packages. Contact us at taylorathleticwear@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Include your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and items. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
5. Local pickup
Choose Local pickup at checkout to collect your order from our shop at no charge. We will email you when your order is ready.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated or disposed of without refund after we try to reach you.
6. Team shop and fundraiser orders
Fundraiser orders are produced together after the shop closes, usually within 10–14 business days. They are then picked up and brought to the school or organization that ran the shop, not shipped to individual buyers or picked up at our shop. The organizer hands out orders, and questions about distribution go to the organizer.
