User Agreement

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using taylorathleticwear.com (the “Site”), our online design builder, or any of our ordering services, you agree to this User Agreement. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

“We,” “us,” and “Taylor Athletic Wear” mean Taylor Athletic Wear, Inc., located in Wetumpka, Alabama. “You” means anyone who visits the Site, designs a product, places an order, or runs a team shop.

Who can order. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. If you order for a school, team, club, or business, you confirm you have permission to act for that group.

Changes. We may update this agreement from time to time. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the version in effect when they are placed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate contact, billing, and shipping details and keep them current. Tell us right away at taylorathleticwear@gmail.com if you think someone used your account without permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks this agreement, is used for fraud, or submits prohibited designs.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Designs, artwork, and the design builder

Artwork you upload. You keep ownership of logos, photos, and art you upload. You confirm that you own it or have written permission to print it, including any school name, mascot, team logo, brand, or a person’s name or likeness. You let us use your artwork only to quote, proof, produce, and deliver your order, and to keep records of it.

Our clip art and templates. The clip art, fonts, templates, and graphics in our design builder belong to Taylor Athletic Wear or our licensors. You may use them only on products you order from us. Designs built from these elements are not exclusively yours, and we may offer the same or similar elements to other customers. Please contact us before reselling products made with our clip art.

Showcasing work. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing at taylorathleticwear@gmail.com, we may show photos of finished products in our portfolio and on social media. We will not show artwork you mark as private or confidential.

School and team marks. Some school names, logos, and mascots are trademarked. For team shops and fundraisers, the school or its authorized representative must approve use of its marks. We may ask for proof of permission before printing.

Designs we won’t print. We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund what you paid, if the design:

  • infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, or right of publicity;
  • is obscene, sexually explicit, or harassing;
  • promotes hate or violence against people based on race, religion, sex, age, disability, or national origin;
  • promotes illegal drug use, or alcohol or tobacco on products for minors; or
  • is otherwise something we decide, in our sole judgment, not to produce.

Copyright complaints. If you believe a product on our Site infringes your rights, send a written notice to Taylor Athletic Wear, Inc., 1533 Georgia Road, Wetumpka, AL 36092, taylorathleticwear@gmail.com. Include your contact details, the work you believe was copied, where it appears, and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith. We will review it and remove infringing material when appropriate.

Your responsibility. If someone makes a legal claim because of artwork you provided, you agree to cover our resulting costs, as described in Section 9.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Quantity pricing. Prices drop as quantity rises. All sizes and shirt colors of the same design count together toward your price tier. Larger sizes (2XL and up) cost more per shirt, as shown on the product page.

Print colors. Price depends on the number of ink colors you choose. You agree that the number of print colors and ink colors you select match your design. If your design needs more colors than you paid for, we will contact you before printing. You may then pay the difference, simplify the design, or cancel for a refund.

Print method. We choose the print method (for example, screen printing, direct-to-garment, or direct-to-film) based on quantity and design. Small orders are usually printed direct-to-garment.

Large orders. Orders above our online limits require a custom quote. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Price errors. If a product shows the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before producing it.

Payment. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is due in full when you place an order, unless we have agreed in writing to invoice your school or organization. Sales tax is charged where required by law.

5. Proofs, colors, and sizing

Check your design. You are responsible for spelling, names, numbers, dates, and layout. Please review your design carefully in the builder before adding it to the cart. We print what you submit and are not responsible for errors you approved.

Proofs. We may send a proof for review. Production starts after you approve it. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, your delivery date may move.

Screen colors are approximate. Colors on a phone or computer screen will not exactly match printed ink or fabric. Ink colors are mixed to set standards, and the same ink can look slightly different on different shirt colors.

Uploaded images. Photos and low-resolution images may print blurry, pixelated, or with less detail than they look on screen. Fine lines and very small text may not print clearly. We may contact you if your artwork is not print-ready.

Placement. Print size and position may vary slightly from shirt to shirt and from the on-screen preview, normally within 1 inch.

Garments. Blank shirts come from outside suppliers. Fabric shade, fit, and sizing can vary between brands, styles, and dye lots. Garments may shrink slightly after washing; follow the care instructions.

Substitutions. If a garment color or size is out of stock, we will contact you. With your approval, we may substitute a comparable item.

6. Production, shipping, and local pickup

Production time. Most orders are produced within 10–14 business days after payment and proof approval. Rush service may be available for an extra fee; contact us before ordering. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we confirm a deadline in writing.

Shipping. We ship within the United States. Delivery time depends on the carrier. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit delays. Check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Report damaged or missing packages within 7 days of the delivery date.

Local pickup. If you choose local pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready at 1533 Georgia Road, Wetumpka, AL 36092, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 3:00pm, and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Please bring your order number. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated or disposed of without refund after we try to reach you.

Events and deadlines. If you need your order by a specific date, tell us before ordering. We are not responsible for losses caused by an order arriving after an event unless we confirmed that date in writing.

Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Team shops and school fundraisers

How they work. Schools, teams, and clubs may run an online team shop on our Site for a set time. Supporters order and pay us directly. When the shop closes, we produce all orders together.

Pickup at the school. Fundraiser orders are delivered to the school or organization that runs the shop, not picked up at our location and not shipped to individual buyers, unless the shop page says otherwise. The organizer is responsible for handing orders out to buyers. All questions about distribution go directly to the organizer.

Organizer responsibilities. The person who sets up a shop confirms they are authorized by the school or organization. The organizer approves the designs, products, prices, and shop dates, and confirms the school allows use of its name and marks.

Timing. Production begins after the shop closes and are typically fulfilled within 10-14 business days. Orders placed after the closing date may not be accepted.

Returns. Because fundraiser items are produced as one batch, sizes cannot be exchanged after the shop closes. Defective items are handled under Section 8.

8. Cancellations, returns, and reprints

Changes and cancellations. You may change or cancel an order until it goes into production. After that, every item is made for you and cannot be changed or cancelled. Changes may affect price and delivery date.

Custom items are final sale. Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, changing your mind, or errors in a design you approved.

When we will fix it. We will reprint the item or refund it if:

  • the garment has a manufacturing defect;
  • the print quality is clearly below normal industry standards (for example, peeling, cracking, or smearing on arrival); or
  • the product is clearly different from the design you approved.

How to report a problem. Email taylorathleticwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos. We may ask you to return the item. We will choose whether to reprint or refund. Our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the affected items.

Payment disputes. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card company so we can try to make it right first.

Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Legal terms

Site content. The Site’s text, photos, graphics, and logos belong to Taylor Athletic Wear or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Site. That includes trying to break its security, collecting other users’ data, placing fake orders, or interfering with how it works.

Outside services. Our design builder, payment processing, and shipping rely on outside providers, including PitchPrint, payment processors, and carriers. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or errors in their services.

Disclaimer. The Site and design builder are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or a missed event. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity. You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorney fees, from claims caused by your artwork, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Elmore County, Alabama. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

Other terms. If any part of this agreement can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term does not waive it. This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any fundraiser agreement, is the whole agreement between you and us.
